CA Vishal Maheshwari, Co-Founder and Partner of Leela Fincare, brings over two decades of experience in Finance, Taxation, Compliance Management, Strategic Advisory, and Business Process Development. Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2004, he has worked across diverse industries and business segments, building strong expertise in both financial and operational management.
Before establishing Leela Fincare , Mr. Maheshwari held senior leadership positions including Head of Finance and CFO roles in various corporate organizations. During his corporate tenure, he managed key areas such as financial planning, accounts & finance management, taxation, budgeting & MIS, audit coordination, internal controls, working capital management, compliance, and strategic business support.
Over the years, he has developed significant expertise in Virtual CFO services, SOP development, process implementation, financial restructuring, and strategic business advisory. He has successfully assisted organizations in strengthening financial systems, implementing robust SOPs and internal controls, streamlining operational processes, and establishing scalable accounting and compliance frameworks. He also played an active role in GST implementation and process alignment for various organizations.
Known for his practical and solution-oriented approach, Mr. Maheshwari works closely with promoters and management teams to help businesses improve financial discipline, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
